Apparently Living My Life Faster was up for a Yahoo! Veddy Award in the Best Documentary category. The down side is that I lost out to the “Free Hugs Campaign”. The up side is that I received this kick-ass swag in the mail today.

I’ve been growing my hair out for the two years I’ve been at Cranbrook, and with the completion of my graduate show project, I was finally able to cut it all off. You have no idea how good it truly feels.

Here’s another article regarding the Daily Photo Project: A fast-forward trip through time’s passage from the Los Angeles Times (free registration gets you humongous advertisements!). Living My Life Faster will be showing in the New InSight exhibition (video about exhibition) at Art Chicago. The exhibition “promises to be an amazing display of the future emerging talent in the art world. New InSight is comprised of artwork from 24 graduate students at 12 of the country’s most influential Master of Fine Arts programs.”

“All of the artists featured at New InSight will be invited to Chicago for an opening reception during the Art Chicago preview party on Thursday, April 26, and will also be on hand for a town hall-style meeting on Friday, April 27 at 1pm.”

Art Chicago runs from Friday, April 27–Monday, April 30, 2007

The Daily Photo Project video will be shown as part of CNN Health’s special report Chasing Life with Dr. Sanjay Gupta starting on April 14th at 8pm Eastern. I’m assuming it’ll play about as much of a role as it does in the promo video at the top of the Chasing Life web page. So, don’t watch it just for me. Watch it cause it’ll tell you how to live to 100. Looks like it will also feature Ahree’s video.
