My website's undergoing significant structural changes and it's going to take some serious time. Consequently, the blog's on vacation and project pages may look a little sloppy. There are some new projects though, so poke around.

The Adaption to My Generation (a daily photo project) - Antarctica

JK on top of Castle Rock

From 1999 September 30 to 2000 May 25 I was in Antarctica, New Zealand, Rarotonga, Portland, and San Francisco. Not knowing the computer facilities I’d have, I didn’t bring my digital camera and thus, took a regretable break from the project.

Check out my Antarctic flickr set for more photos.

What was it like being in Antarctica Jonathan? I’m guessing you were sad and mad at the same time. Did you forget to put your camera in your suitcase?

  2. Fascinating and strange project… Too bad you didn’t have your camera with you—where is Raratonga?
